Let’s enjoy a Halloween ~Pumpkin cake~

Today, I will introduce the pumpkin cake because it will be Halloween soon, so I will also introduce aHalloween culture.

First, when did Halloween culture begin? It started before Christ in Ireland. In ancient Celts, November 1st was the New Year and October 31st was the night before it, because a festival of autumn harvests was held. Celts believed ghosts would come back on that day. The Obon of Japan and Halloween have something in common on this point. Next, why do people dress up for the Halloween? Because, there are come good ghosts and bad ghosts. They dress up in disguise to scare ghosts. For example, they can dress as ghosts and witches, zombies, Dracula and Frankenstein. Finally, what is Trick or Treat? This is a famous  phrase. Children visit nearby houses and say “ Trick or treat!! ” and get treats. In 1952, this phrase was used by Disney  films. It spread around the world. In 1970, Kitty's Halloween products were released in Japan and a Halloween parade was held in Omotesando and then Disneyland and Universal Studio held Halloween events.

By the way, I made the pumpkin cake to feel Halloween.
