macaroni and cheese



Today, I will introduce macaroni and cheese. This homemade food is famous in America and
Britain. Especially it is popular with children and it is called ‘mac’n cheese’. It is also a standard menu for the school cafeteria in America.

In America and British supermarkets, you can buy a ingredients and can make it quickly. In Japan, you can buy there on the internet at Costco.
There are many how to cook but, this time I researched a recipe with ingredients available close to you.


🧀 Recipe 🧀
100g macaroni 
75g cheddar cheese

250cc milk
10g flour
20g butter
Add salt and pepper to taste

1 Boil the macaroni
2 Mixing butter, flour and milk in a pan.
3 Add the cheese while mixing
4 Add macaroni to the melting cheese.

Finish!!

This can be done in 10 minutes.
It is easy to cook so please try to make it !!

We can’t go on a trip to because of the Corona Disease so I will introduce the world of local dishes to enjoy the country atmosphere. Today, I will introduce the meat pie from Australia. This was originally eaten by the British but the meat pie is now loved by Australians because Australia was a British colony, so it was spread it by the pioneers. By the way, the number of per capita consumption average for one year is 12 pieces.
